Jakarta – The Indonesian Minister of Defense, Prabowo Subianto, welcomed a visit from the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Erick Thohir, and the founder of Emaar Properties, a property businessman from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and owner of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, Mohamed Ali Rashed Alabbar, at the Ministry of Defense office in Jakarta, on Monday (27/5).
Prabowo reported that Alabbar is enthusiastic about the growth and development potential in Indonesia.

“Our region is vast, we can open new areas to accelerate growth and enhance the welfare of our people. I think that’s important,” said Prabowo.
Prabowo also noted that the world currently sees Indonesia as a promising place and a country that will drive growth in the future.
Additionally, Alabbar highlighted a distinctive feature of the Indonesian people, known for their friendly culture and politeness.
