Youth and Sports Minister Dito: President’s Commitment to Next Generation Through Free Health Checks

Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo visited SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta in Rawamangun, East Jakarta to oversee the Free Health Check in Schools (CKG Sekolah) program, part of a nationwide launch across Indonesia. This initiative, aligned with President Prabowo Subianto’s vision, aims to improve the overall physical fitness of young Indonesians. The data collected from the program will help shape policies promoting healthy lifestyles among students, ensuring early detection and prompt action on health issues. Accompanying the Minister were officials and athletes, including Olympic gold medalists, who joined in conducting health screenings for the students. The program includes measurements, screenings, and educational sessions on clean and healthy living habits. The launch took place simultaneously in twelve educational institutions nationwide, focusing on promoting promotive and preventive care for the entire Indonesian population, particularly targeting the 53.8 million students at all levels of education. With over 16 million beneficiaries as of August 1, 2025, the government is optimistic about the CKG initiative’s role in ensuring equal access to healthcare services and paving the way for Golden Indonesia 2045.
